On Sunday, October 9, 2022, runners from all 50 states and more than 100 countries will set out to accomplish a personal dream by reaching the finish line in Grant Park. We’ll make your miles matter by giving them a meaning—fundraising for our life-saving, No Kill mission that will make your heart happy.
TEAM PAWS Chicago is largest local and animal welfare charity team in the Chicago Marathon, with 450 runners!
UPDATE (March 30): We have officially SOLD OUT of our 2022 entries but we can accept those who already have a spot in the marathon (legacy runner or time qualifier) with our Self-Secured option! Pre Lottery registration commit to raising a total minimum of $1,250 -- DEADLINE CLOSED
Post Lottery registration commit to raising a total minimum of $1,750 -- SOLD OUT
Self Secured registration (those who already have their OWN Chicago Marathon entry) commit to raising a total minimum of $650.
50% of the fundraising minimums must be reached by 8:30 a.m. (U.S. Central) Friday, April 1, 2022 (for those who registered before Dec. 31, 2021) and Friday, June 30, 2022 (for those who registered after Jan. 1, 2022) and 100% of the fundraising minimum must be reach by 8:30 a.m. (U.S. Central) Thursday, September 1, 2022 regardless of entry type.
*The fundraising minimums for Pre and Post Lottery are set by the Chicago Marathon and cannot be lowered for any reason, including (but not limited to) injury/pulling out of the marathon, change in income, moving, medical, deployment, etc. Please note that the Chicago Marathon does not allow the deferment or transfer of Charity entries for any reason.
